The MAAA Incident Reporting and Investigation System
As part of the MAAA’s (Model Aeronautical Association of Australia) commitment to support clubs and make it easier for clubs to manage incidents, the MAAA has released an Online Incident Reporting System.
Also included on the MAAA website is additional information on how to manage an accident or an incident and some Incident/Accident Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
When an the MAAA Incident Report/Incident Investigation Form is completed on line, the form is automatically submitted to the MAAA Secretary for further action.
