The BMAC Automated External Defibrillator or AED

BMAC has deployed a HeartSine 500P Automated External Defibrillator or AED. The AED is designed to provide members with  easy-to-understand visual and voice prompts to guide them through the Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) process.

In case of an emergency the AED is  located inside the BMAC club house within a St John’s Ambulance branded, wall mounted cabinet.   A battery operated alarm sounds, and red light flashes whenever cabinet the door is opened.
